How To Create Ombré Lips
I get a lot of compliments on my lip makeup, could be because I am endowed with full lips, but I also think it’s because I am never afraid to try out new techniques, products, and colors. Ombré lips are one of my favs, not only because they are beautiful but also because they are very helpful when i have a lipstick that’s a little too light for my skin tone, I simply blend with a dark lipstick color, and boom! So, I thought I’d share one of my simple ombré lips technique with you, just so we all can glam together!
- I framed my outer lips with a brown liquid lipstick in the shade Morning After and using a blending brush, I smudged in the edges upwards.
2. Then I applied a nude velvet matte lipstick in the shade Void in the middle of my lips. I smacked, then blended the edges of both colors together.
3. Finally I cleaned up around my lips using a flat brush and a tiny bit of my foundation shade.
4. And if you’re feeling like you want to be extra, top your ombre look with a gloss!
